Atlas Copco G 2 Full Feature Tank Mount 200 litre

The Atlas Copco G 2 Full Feature is the smallest model in the G series range of oil-injected rotary screw compressors. With a free air delivery of 6.1 l/s (13 CFM) and a maximum working pressure of 8 bar, it is powered by a 2.2 kW IE3 premium-efficiency motor on a single-phase 230V/50Hz supply. This makes it one of the few genuine rotary screw compressors available without a three-phase electrical requirement, making it suitable for smaller workshops, garages, and light trade environments that a typical industrial compressor would not suit. 

The Full Feature configuration includes an integrated refrigerant dryer, which treats and dries the compressed air before it enters the 200-litre receiver. Moisture-free air is stored in the vessel rather than wet, untreated air, protecting the receiver from internal corrosion. A separate downstream dryer is not required. 

Belt-driven and rated at just 61 dB(A), the G 2 is quiet enough to sit alongside the work rather than in a separate room. It runs continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at ambient temperatures up to 46°C with no cool-down periods. For a workshop that previously relied on a piston compressor, that alone is a significant step forward. 

Oil carry-over is rated at 5 ppm, ensuring downstream tools and equipment remain clean. The Elektronikon controller monitors performance, flags service needs, and issues visual alerts before issues arise.
